Me: I tried giving Ezra steamed sweet potato in chunks.  He was able to gum it and eat it.

Matt: Hmm.

Me: That means I don't have to puree all his food now.  He can start eating more lumpy and mashed foods.

Matt: Worst.

Me: What?! Why?

Matt: It means he's growing up.
